Supervision offers a dedicated space to reflect on practice, think more deeply about clinical work, and ensure you are supported both professionally and personally. This page outlines my approach to supervision and who I work with.
Good supervision is not a box-ticking exercise, it is the foundation of safe, ethical, and thoughtful practice. It is where we slow down, look honestly at our work, and make sure we are staying grounded in who we are as practitioners.
I offer supervision to qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, trainee counsellors, and practitioners in related fields including social workers, coaches, and support workers. I bring over 15 years of direct client work to the supervisory relationship, alongside specialist experience in safeguarding, trauma, attachment, adoption, and child and adolescent therapy.
During our initial contracting session, we will agree the model of supervision and approach that best suits you and your client work and build a relationship that genuinely supports your development and your wellbeing as a practitioner.

After years of supporting professionals and organisations alongside my therapy practice, I launched VLM Group Ltd in 2026.
The sister company to VLM Therapy, VLM Group provides training, consultancy, mediation, and independent complaints officer services.
It’s the same Vicki, the same values, and the same commitment to doing things properly – just in a different setting.
